  • Customization Process

    Understanding Requirements

    Understand the customer's design and development requirements

    Including but not limited to product material, fineness, specification, quantity, and process requirements.



    Product Design

    Create design drafts according to customer requirements and submit them to customers for written confirmation.


    Cost Accounting

    Once the initial product design is completed, the design and engineering team, manufacturing department and finance department will obtain the main production data of the proposed new product

    to conduct cost accounting, covering raw material costs, labor costs, commissioned processing costs and production overhead costs.


    Prototype Design

    The main purpose is to determine the appropriate raw materials and other accessories to be purchased from suppliers to realize the final product.



    Prototype Verification

    The design team works closely with the manufacturing department and R&D department to conduct a thorough verification and acceptance process for the prototype.



    Prototype Approval and Order Confirmation

    Once the ODM customer approves the final prototype and agrees to the proposed ex-factory unit price, the business department will contact the customer to confirm the purchase order for the new product.


    Manufacturing


    We independently purchase raw materials (including gold) for production. After production is completed, the finished products will be sold directly to our customers.
