Our own brand products are mainly sold through our distribution network, supplemented by direct sales, which are conducted through our self operated online store. We also generate revenue by providing ODM services to third-party domestic jewelry brands and wholesalers, including developing and producing OEM precious metal watches and accessories, and providing subcontracting services for their watches and accessories. Our ODM clients include multiple well-known domestic jewelry brands, such as Lao Fengxiang, China Jewelry, and Chow Tai Sang. We have established long-term and stable supply relationships with them. According to CIC, in 2024, HIPINE was the largest precious metal watch-24K gold brand in terms of GMV and the largest partial precious metal watch-24K gold brand in terms of GMV in China, with market shares of 27.08% and 28.96% in terms of GMV of precious metal watch-24K gold and GMV of partial precious metal watch-24K gold, respectively.
