Then, the watch will be sent to the repairman for inspection.

  • Check the watch

    The repairman will carefully inspect your watch and propose inspection and repair items. After confirming the items to be tested with the customer through communication, testing and maintenance services will immediately commence.

  • Start maintenance

    The repairman will first disassemble the relevant parts based on the communication content, And record the repair content.

Maintenance content evaluation

The maintenance includes six major components: shell, surface, needle, belt, and movement

  • Cleaning components

    Clean the appearance of relevant components according to customer requirements, including the maintenance of the core washing oil after customer approval

  • Reassemble the movement and apply lubricant

    The cleaned components will undergo drying treatment, and then the movement will be reassembled and lubricated. The repairman will follow the testing standards of the national watch industry to calibrate and test the movement.

Polishing and grinding of exterior components

Based on the communication with the customer, refurbish the exterior components of the watch by calendering and polishing

  • Assemble into a watch

    After completing the appearance cleaning treatment, the watch case components will be reassembled and all sealing components will be replaced. The repairman will conduct the first step of waterproof testing.

  • Accurate testing

    After the water test is qualified, the maintenance technician will check the travel time accuracy again and make final adjustment. Then, conduct a 48 hour observation of the watch's timing to ensure the watch's accuracy and stability.

Final quality control

After maintenance and observation, the finished watch will be sent to the quality inspector for final quality inspection to ensure the quality of the repaired watch.

Return the watch

The last part of the service, the watch will be returned to you in a sealed protective bag.
