Product design

According to the customer's requirements, design samples are produced and submitted to the customer for written confirmation.

Cost accounting

Once the product design is initially completed, the design and engineering team, the manufacturing department and the finance department will obtain the main production data of the proposed new product

To carry out cost accounting work, covering raw material costs, labor costs, contract processing costs and production indirect costs.

 

Prototype design 

The main purpose is to determine the appropriate raw materials and other accessories that need to be purchased from suppliers to achieve the final product.

  

Prototype verification 

The design team worked closely with the manufacturing department and the R&D department to conduct a thorough verification and acceptance process for the prototype.

Prototype approval and order confirmation

Once the customer approves the final prototype and agrees to the proposed factory unit price, the business department will contact the customer to confirm the purchase order of the new product.
