On November 16th, the 7th Session, 9th Expanded President Meeting of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Gold, Silver & Jewelry Chamber of Commerce was grandly held in Shenzhen, alongside the 5th President Roundtable (Forum) Symposium. This meeting was hosted by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Gold, Silver & Jewelry Chamber of Commerce and undertaken by Shenzhen HIPINE Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HIPINE").

Key industry representatives, including members of the Chamber's leadership team and some executive directors, gathered to engage in in-depth exchanges regarding industry development. HIPINE Executive Director Li Yangjin attended the meeting and participated in the discussions.

The meeting featured a thematic study on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. President Wang Xiu'e interpreted relevant content from the CPC Central Committee's proposals for formulating the "15th Five-Year Plan". Secretary-General Huang Ying delivered a work report covering the Chamber's key tasks, Party building features, international exchanges, progress in project cooperation, and work plans for 2026.

As an important agenda item, the meeting reviewed and approved the adjustment plan for the Vice Presidents of the 7th Council, appointing Shenzhen HIPINE Precision Technology Co., Ltd. as a Vice President Unit, with Mr. Li Yongzhong, Chairman of HIPINE, serving as Vice President of the Chamber. This recognition not only reflects the industry's high appraisal of HIPINE's innovative capabilities and development achievements in the field of precious metal smart wearables but also entrusts the company with greater responsibility and mission to jointly promote industrial progress and upgrading.

During the roundtable forum segment, Hu Guoqing, Deputy Director of the Luohu District Commerce Bureau, was invited to attend the symposium and introduced the development status and future layout of the gold and jewelry industry in Luohu District.

President Wang Xiu'e provided mobilization and deployment guidance for implementing the "Guide for Promoting Modern Enterprise Systems among Executives and Committee Members of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce," jointly issued by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Finance. She emphasized that establishing modern enterprise systems and compliant operations are the cornerstones of healthy enterprise development and called on the President Units to lead by example and set benchmarks for the industry.

In the thematic discussion, the Presidents held talks and exchanges on the impact of the new gold policies on the industry and potential changes to the consumer market landscape. Several presidents shared their understanding of the policies and practical insights, consolidating a consensus for high-quality development.

During the meeting, leaders of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Gold, Silver & Jewelry Chamber of Commerce, accompanied by HIPINE Chairman Li Yongzhong, visited the HIPINE product exhibition hall. The Chamber leaders highly praised HIPINE's innovative achievements in the field of precious metal smart wearables and fully affirmed the company's leading strength in product R&D and technology integration.

As the newly appointed Vice President Unit, HIPINE will shoulder the responsibility and mission of promoting high-quality development within the industry in the future.
